Ryan Wesner, CFE - CEO:
Brings over twenty-five years of expertise in representing clients for their commercial real estate needs. His experience spans across various client sizes, from REITs and Fortune 500 companies to startup small businesses. Ryan has a comprehensive understanding of all facets of real estate, including site selection and disposition, overall business strategy, and analysis incorporating logistics and retail modeling. His practice is active throughout the United States.
Ryan’s career encompasses work with large national corporate brokerages and smaller, more focused practices, providing him with a rare and successful perspective in Retail, Office, and Industrial sectors. He also owned multiple units of a national franchise brand and later served as their Vice President of Franchising and Real Estate. Ryan’s extensive business background and significant real estate experience provide him with a unique and diverse viewpoint from which to advise.
